Users should independently evaluate information before relying upon it.
Content provided through the Services does not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, professional, or governmental advice.
You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on information obtained through the Services.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, sources, or organizations.
Polycivic does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or practices.
Polycivic may accept donations to support its nonprofit mission.
Unless otherwise stated by law, donations are non-refundable.
Any tax treatment of donations is solely the responsibility of the donor.
Polycivic may display sponsorships, partnerships, advertisements, or promotional content now or in the future.
The existence of sponsorships or advertisements does not constitute endorsement of any organization, candidate, political party, product, or service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POLYCIVIC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POLYCIVIC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, VOLUNTEERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRIBUTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Polycivic and its officers, directors, volunteers, employees, contributors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Arbitration shall take place in Santa Clara County, California.
The parties waive any right to a jury trial.
The parties further agree that disputes shall be brought only on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, representative action, or consolidated proceeding.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may modify these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other lawful reason.
